We've assembled a team of highly skilled individuals ...kinda.
This is the profile grid. Each profile you see in the grid is a separate "profile post" (using a custom post type). This has been setup to look like a "meet the staff" page but there is no reason why you couldn't use it for a cast list, sports team roster or faculty alumni listing. You make a profile picture on this page into a link to the individual profile page by simply entering content on the profile's edit screen.
